Mr. Chris Tebbe is a United States Department of State English Language Fellow at Beijing Normal University and with the Regional English Language Office of the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. He has more than 19 years of language teaching experience; Chris has taught German in the United States as well as English in the United States, Austria, Japan, and China. In addition to receiving a Master’s degree in German from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio), he has earned a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City. Mr. Tebbe also served as a U.S. Department of State English Language Fellow at Sichuan University in Chengdu from 2012 to 2014 and as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 2000 to 2003 at Sichuan Normal University, also in Chengdu. He has collaborated with many teachers and students throughout China and East Asia.
